1. Sponsor & Eligibility
Promotional giveaways are sponsored solely by Onlydollarbills LLC (Sioux City, IA). Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Free Entry Method (Platform Engagement)
Participants enter for free by liking (or commenting on, when specified) the designated promotional drawing video on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube during the entry period stated in that giveaway's announcement. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform per giveaway (up to three entries in total if you enter on all three platforms).
3. Giveaways Are Separate from $1 Contributions
Giveaways are funded by Onlydollarbills LLC and do not depend on payments: payments do not decide whether, when or for how much a giveaway is held. All $1 payments submitted via Stripe are voluntary supporter contributions to Onlydollarbills LLC, refundable on request within 30 days (see our Terms, Refunds & Privacy). Contributions do not purchase raffle tickets, do not enter the payer into any drawing, and do not guarantee any financial return, goods, or services.
4. Winner Selection, Odds & Notification
Giveaways are occasional and are not held on a fixed schedule. Before entries open for each giveaway, we publish on our official social channels: the prize and its approximate retail value, the number of prizes, the free entry method, eligibility, the entry deadline and the drawing date. We award the prize as announced.
Winners are selected via screen-recorded random drawing from all eligible post likes/comments. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners are notified strictly via DM from the verified @only_dollarbills account and have 48 hours to claim. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year must provide tax information (such as a Form W-9) to receive the prize. For a list of winners, email hello@onlydollarbills.com.
5. Mandatory Social Platform Releases
Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok (ByteDance Ltd.), Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.), or YouTube (Google LLC). Entrants completely release TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from all liability.
6. Anti-Impersonator Security Policy
Onlydollarbills LLC will never ask for credit card details, bank passwords, or processing fees to claim a prize.
7. General Conditions
Employees of Onlydollarbills LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. One prize per person per giveaway. Prizes have no cash value alternative unless stated, are not transferable, and winners are responsible for any taxes. Entries made with bots, fake or duplicate accounts are void. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that we may announce their public handle as the winner. We may cancel, suspend or change a giveaway if it cannot run as planned (for example because of fraud, a technical problem or a platform action), and we will post any change on our official channels.
